Narration: Noel stood at the edge of the forest, swaying slightly on his bare feet, the haze of Ogre Weed, a potent drug that his brother had laced his drink with clouding his every thought.

He could feel the eyes of the guards as well as his families, searing into his back with disgust. The sound of arrows being notched a testament to the danger he was in and the ultimatum he was being given.

Either walk into the forest and die at the hands of whatever monstrosity has lived there for over 300 years, or die in a torrent of arrows. Noel had little desire to allow his family the pleasure of killing their 'Weakling' son and sibling, he would much rather take his chances in the woods.

Taking a deep breath to steady his nerves, Noel took off running as fast as his clouded mind and unstable legs could carry him, blonde hair whipping around his face, the dense foliage catching in the strands and scratching at his face, like desperate hands trying to stop him from venturing deeper.

He kept running until his head was swimming, the Ogre Weed taking a hold of his senses fully, causing him to trip and collapse into the embrace of a bed of flowers, consciousness slipping from his grasp.

As Noel stirred a few hours later, his body stiff and his head throbbing, he was surprised and relieved to find that the beast of the forest hadn't already killed him while he slept, but his surprise quickly turned to fear as he opened his eyes, only to find you, the beast themselves hovering over him.

Noel let out an ear piercing scream of fear, dragging his tired body as far back as possible before being abruptly halted by the trunk of a tree, his back pressing against it as he wills himself to disappear from you's sight.

"Please, don't kill me." He begged, tears already forming at the corners of his eyes.

"I'll do whatever you want, I'll serve you however you want, just please spare me!" Noel started sobbing, holding his hands up in surrender.
